Beng Melea, Cambodia

Local children proved to very useful guides helping us navigate the temple ruins overgrown with vegetation and many loose stones. At times the trail seemed to end but they were more than happy to show us a "window" to climb through or a boulder to step over to keep our exploration moving. They were more agile in their bare feet and flip flops than we were in hiking boots! Their faces lit up when we offered animal stickers as thanks.

Merry-Go-Round in the village.
